Jackie Dahlsen - Senior Dementia Clinician
Jackie lives and works in Mount Eliza the Mornington Peninsula. She has been working as an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years. Her passion and clinical expertise are in working with people with dementia and their families. She takes a positive ‘enablement’ approach and is dedicated to helping people to live well and as independently as possible at all stages of the disease, with a focus on “what matters most” to them.

We also offer COPE program
Provision of the Care of People with Dementia in their Environments (COPE) Program – an evidence based, home based, tailored Occupational Therapy program designed to address the symptoms of dementia, with the aim of improving the wellbeing of people with dementia and their care partners. This program focuses on providing families with important skills to prevent and manage challenging care problems at home and changes in their loved one’s ability to do everyday activities.
We provide services through NDIS and My Age Care
Our OT’s are experienced in working with NDIS and My Age Care. We can help you understand NDIS language and your plan, so you are able to make best use of it, to support your needs.
