As an established, NDIS-registered practice, we work across the NDIS, Support at Home and TAC sectors, supporting adults with disability, injury, ageing-related needs and complex functional challenges.

  • While we greatly value paediatric occupational therapy, our team's expertise and supervision capacity are focused on adult practice. For this reason, this opportunity is best suited to therapists working with adult participants and clients.

How we support our Therapists ​​

  • We protect our highly regarded reputation, by providing our therapists with open door support from experienced clinician/s and ongoing training.

  • Ongoing service delivery support is provided, and we can guide and advise you about positioning yourself to be successful in the challenging NDIA and SAH worlds, becoming a master of the areas of expertise you choose to focus on.

  • Consultation with others is offered and encouraged for complex reports, for continual quality improvement in our report writing skills and to ensure success with NDIA and SAH.

  • We offer an ongoing training program and once onboarding is completed, you will be offered the opportunity to complete the ongoing modules required for NDIA and Aged Care compliance.

  • Our cloud based, remote induction/onboarding process can include as much or as little as you need to get up to speed with all things NDIA, SAH and TAC and to navigate our cloud based platform. Support offered to you is tailored to your needs, with 2 hours a week minimum expected in the initial stages, and an ongoing ‘open door’ policy to Philippa as you find your feet or venture into new areas

How will you work?​

  • We recommend work be on a subcontracting basis. We can familiarise you with the advantages of this way of working and share considerations for setting yourself up to work as a sub-contractor (if required). Our IT consultants will advise you on computer and phone requirements.

  • The excellent percentage rates we offer recognise your experience.

Essential Requirements​​​

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Disability worker screening check (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Driver’s licence

  • Professional Indemnity and Personal Liability Insurance

  • An ABN (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Computer and Phone (Our IT support team can assist with choice, set up and well priced supply, if you need to upgrade)
