Meet The Team

Philippa is the practice lead of Complete OT Support. She graduated in Melbourne 1979 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has worked in a wide variety of settings during the past 40+ years. These include rural health, acute health, intellectual disability and community health. Over the past 20 years, Philippa has specialised in supporting people based in the community who have complex disability and is completely committed to helping clients achieve the excellent outcomes they require, to live the life they choose.
Philippa is also a qualified OT Driving Assessor.
In the last 7 years, Philippa has gathered extensive experience working with NDIA and is a member of the OT Association's NDIS National Reference Group. As a result of this experience, she is leading her team of therapists in working effectively within the ever-changing NDIS systems. She is based on the Mornington Peninsula.

Kate has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (1985) and a post graduate Diploma in Social Sciences (1988). Her clinical experience includes community health and palliative care, and
in over 30 years as an OT she has worked with people who have a wide variety of functional complexities and impacts, health conditions and living situations. She is passionate about
enabling and empowering people to achieve their goals of what they want to do and need to do, to make the most of their abilities, and to live well at home and in the community.

 

Kate’s priority is to work with each person, their environment and their support teams to provide respectful, considerate and inclusive therapeutic recommendations and services.
Kate is based in the NE metropolitan region of Melbourne.

Kirsten graduated in 1992 in Sydney and started her career in country NSW at a rehabilitation hospital, combining hospital and community work. Her love for working with people in their homes and community settings grew during this time. Since then, Kirsten has worked in various settings, both in Australia (3 States) and overseas. With over a decade of Case Management experience, Kirsten brings a wealth of life experience and clarity to her role as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked with people of diverse ages, cultural backgrounds, and health issues, including physical and sensory, neurological, mental health and chronic health conditions.

Kirsten is passionate about supporting everyone she works with, to live well and live independently through the changing phases of life, in their homes and communities.

Di has considerable experience as an Allied Health Assistant working with therapists supporting people with disability.

She graduated from Mayfield in 1995 and has worked supporting people with disability in several fields since then.

Di is our Client Services Manager in our practice, doing lots of the communication and coordination with our clients. She is also able to offer Allied Health Assistant support in some circumstances, under the direction of our therapists, where clients have funding for this.

Dianne is a passionate and committed member of our therapy team, assisting us to provide the responsive service we strive for. Di is based in NE metro Melbourne.

Jackie graduated in Melbourne 1991 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Over the past 30 years she has enjoyed working across a wide range of clinical settings including inpatient and community-based services, outpatient specialist clinics, residential and palliative care services. Jackie has worked with people with intellectual and physical disabilities, acquired
brain injuries, workplace injuries, dementia and chronic health conditions. She has developed particular expertise working with people with dementia and their families and is dedicated to helping them to live well as their dementia progresses.

 

Jackie has a passion for working with people in their home environments and communities to support them to live healthy and fulfilling lives and optimise their physical, mental and social wellbeing. Jackie strives to empower the people she works with and to support what matters most to them.

Jackie is based on the Mornington Peninsula.

Ian brings a wealth of experience to our team. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make him an invaluable asset when it comes to managing our finances.

We're fortunate to have him on board, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
